Distilled just once from the wine of 100% Old Vine grapes, the Pisco of Campo de Encanto – the Field of Enchantment – is remarkably delicious and so very mixable. Our grapes deliver abundant natural flavor, and as every batch of Encanto is blended by hand according to the only Solera for Pisco, all of the flavors, the many vines, are layered on top of each other creating a rich symphony, robust and round, bright yet rugged.

Inside every bottle of Encanto is the oldest, the most complex white spirit on the planet. We’re not bragging when we say that, we think it’s an opportunity, a tool, something amazing to taste then pour into a Boston Shaker allowing all of those old vines to inspire your cocktail creativity.

    • 2 oz Campo de Encanto ‘Grand & Noble’ Pisco
    • 1 oz Pisco Punch Pineapple Gomme Cordial
    • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    • .5 Lillet Rouge, or Your Favorite Red Wine
    • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

SHAKE, fine-strain into an old cocktail goblet, express an orange peel over the glass, and relive history!

Rudyard Kipling, after drinking a Pisco Punch, declared the cocktail to be “compounded of the shaving’s of cherubs wings, the glory of a tropical dawn, the red clouds of sunset and the fragments of lost epics by dead masters.”

It still is a great drink.

    • 1.5 oz Campo de Encanto ‘Grand & Noble’ Pisco
    • .75 oz Fresh Lime juice
    • .75 oz Cocktail Syrup
